Elisa is an immunoassay technique for measuring antigen, antibodies, proteins, glycoproteins, etc in biological samples.

Elisa is based on the principle of interaction of antigen and antibody.

Advantage of Elisa is that multiple samples can be performed at once, generally 96 well plate is used for performing Elisa.

This also allows to perform samples in replicates.
