MOTUL 7100 LAB TEST REVIEW WHATS WRONG AFTER 5000KM? IS IT THE BEST SYNTHETIC ENGINE OIL FROM MOTUL

In this video we review the MOTUL 7100 synthetic engine oil. The Motul 7100 is considered to be one of the best synthetic engine oils available in the market. In this video we will discuss the lab test results done on the Motul 7100 10W-40. The Motul 7100 was used in an air cooled engine which was used for daily commute. The test sample for Motul 7100 was taken after 5000km of running where the Kinematic viscosity was measured at 40°C and 100°C. In other critical parameters the flash point and TBN for Motul 7100 were measured and compared with fresh engine oil. Elemental analysis done on Motul 7100 revealed the wear and tear, contaminants and additives. The detergents, dispersants, anti wear, anti corrosion elemental additive values gives us an idea about the additive formulation of Motul 7100. This should help us in understanding the protection offered by Motul 7100.
