Safeguard PDF DRM enables you to protect your PDF files into Publications so you can easily manage access to groups of documents or ebooks. This is useful when managing subscriptions or access to groups of documents since you only have to give the user access to the Publication and they can then view all documents in that Publication automatically without having to assign additional access.

You can set Publication expiry dates for each user so acces to documents, traning courses, ebooks, etc. automatically expire on a fixed date. You can also set start dates or allow users to view back copies that were available before their subscription began.
