Carrots - 45 grams
Bell pepper - 40 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Green Chili - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Paneer - 45 grams
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Mixed Herbs - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Processed Cheese - 40 grams
White Bread - 10
Butter - 60 grams

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 80 grams sweet corns, 45 grams carrots, 40 grams bell pepper, 40 grams onions, 2 tablespoons green chilli, 1 tablespoon coriander, 45 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Add 40 grams processed cheese and mix well.
3. On a board, place a slice of white bread and spread butter on it.
4. Add some of the prepared mixture on top and cover with another slice of bread.
5. Place the sandwich on a pan and spread butter on top. Cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat.
6. Serve.
