A few months ago, we held our first Diversity & Inclusion conference in Malta and brought together subject-matter experts and industry leaders to discuss important aspects of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and share best practices.

Being one of the biggest employers on this island, we feel a certain responsibility to continue the work we are already doing when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion, but also to collaborate with other companies in the industry to ensure that Malta stands out and becomes one of the leading countries in Europe in regards to this topic. We are excited to announce our second Diversity and Inclusion Conference taking place in conjunction with the Women in Gaming Awards in London September 2022– this time shining the light on Women in Gaming. This conference is a great opportunity to look closer into how we can attract and retain female talent on all levels to create a more diverse and inclusive industry.
