How to link your Strava account to your Garmin Connect account to automatically up load your rides.

If you have ever wondered how to automatically upload your rides to Strava, I show you the steps you need to follow to be able to do it.

It is fairly straight forward but it can be a little easy to get lost if you don't know what you are doing.
