Audio Geekery! | Mixing Protools stems, Hybrid Analog mixing Midas Verona 2020

In this video I do some analog - digital Hybrid mixing of 16 ProTools stems on a Midas Verona analog mixing console using Digidesign 192 I/O direct into the analog console, the only outboard gear is a strapped pair of DBX 160A inserted across the master buss of the analog console, the rest of the processing is done in Pro Tools. About Midas Consoles:

Midas has been designing and manufacturing audio consoles since the early 1970s. Later on it became part of the Telex group. When, in January 2006, Telex Communications was acquired by the Bosch group, Midas consoles became part of the business unit "Bosch Communications Systems". Midas parted company with Bosch in February 2010 and are now part of Music Tribe.
