Ingredients

Donut Muffin Batter:
200g (1 cup) sugar
115g (1/2 cup) butter, melted
3.5g (1 1/2 tsp) nutmeg
225g (1 cup) milk
240g (2 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
3g (1/2 tsp) salt

Coating:
75g (1/3 cup) butter
200g (1 cup) sugar
5g (2 tsp) cinnamon

Instructions:

Muffin Donut Batter:
1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and nutmeg with a hand mixer until lighter in color.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture in three parts, alternating with the milk.

Baking:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
2. Divide the batter equally among the muffin cups.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Once the muffin donuts are baked, let them cool down for 5 minutes.

Coating:
1. Melt the butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
2. Remove the muffin donuts from the mold. Dip half of each muffin donut into the melted butter, and then roll it around in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
3. Enjoy your muffin donuts!
