Waffle Cone Willie | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary

Earlier this year I recorded the demo for a game called Waffle Cone Willie and it was very promising. The game has finally been released and today we archive it since October is spooky month!
Waffle Cone Willie takes the Mascot Horror formula and flips it on its head by providing you with a semi-open enviroment where you have to solve various puzzles in a non-linear fashion. Its great to see new life being pumped into the Mascot Horror genre since Finding Frankie had a unique premise and Willie does so as well.
In order to defeat the evil ice cream man we have to find four relics throughout a small neighborhood. Mutliple houses are open and available to explore. Most houses offer safety from Willie, but if you head outside on the streets and he sees you, better start running! As you collect more and more relics he becomes faster and more aware and I had some really scary and tense moments in this game.
All in all it was a great little game, though I did feel I experienced a bit too much from the demo already. Seeing the full product now made me realise that the demo is about half of the entire game and that made it feel like there was not as much new content as I would have liked. But I enjoyed this gameplay style a lot and hope to see it more expanded upon if we ever get a Waffle Cone Willie 2!
