The legal team of US President-elect Donald Trump is calling for his hush money case to be thrown out following President Joe Biden pardoning his son Hunter, reveals broadcaster and commentator Julie Hartman.

“Trump’s legal counsel has a very good point here,” Ms Hartman told Sky News host Gabriella Power.

“Here we have an actual criminal [Hunter] who was pardoned, and someone who isn’t a criminal who was made a villain.”
