Best HIKE in New Zealand! Tongariro Alpine Crossing a.k.a MORDOR

It’s true that “one doesn’t simply walk into Mordor” 👌🏼

Back in 2021, we finally ticked off one of the major hikes on our bucket-list... the Tongariro Alpine Crossing is a challenging, yet rewarding 19.4km hike. It usually takes 6-8 hours to complete the whole trail, we managed to finish it after 9 hours! I took lots of photos and videos ‘coz I know I might not do this walk ever again 😅

The views are just insane!!! No wonder it’s considered as the greatest day-hike in New Zealand. Check out this video, it might inspire you to finally have the courage to take on this famous trail.
