Many of you guys know that I love traveling, but you may not know that I’m also a big fan of showing off my incredible city, Miami! Come with me on an epic Miami good tour with LaJamaTV as we try the best ribs and tacos in Miami, Florida!

My boy Chef Frankie from LaJamaTV brought me out to Hate Mondays Tavern in Kendall, which makes the best Southern barbecue in Miami! Their smoker was outside and had a bunch of delicious food grilling inside it!

Together with our friend Guillermo, we headed inside, where we met Karl and saw them preparing some delicious chicharron. They have 95 craft beers to choose from there!

Back at the smoker, the aroma was incredible! Their stuffed pork loin was stuffed with red onion, cilantro, cheese, sausage, and more! My mouth was watering just thinking about all the flavors and textures!

They gave me a Three Philosophers quadruple ale, which was amazing but didn’t taste super strong at all! But then it was time to eat! The pork loin had a nice cilantro sauce on top, and the chicharron also had a nice buffalo sauce on them.

They were nice and crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not too spicy. I loved the lime juice on them. They almost reminded me of fried chicken or even pork belly.

Next was the pork loin, which had a nice char on the outside. The cilantro and habanero were out of this world, and the meat was buttery and creamy! Then, they brought us some smoked ribs!

We could taste the smoker in the smoked ribs, which were unreal with the char. They weren’t drowned in sauce, which I loved. They smoke for at least 5-6 hours.

Then, we drove from West Kendall to Uptown 66 Taqueria in Little Haiti to have some tacos! In the kitchen, they prepared us 3 different types of tacos: oxtail, carnitas, and chicken.

Next, Nuno made us a platter of chicken nachos with a melted blend of cheese used as a glue on the bottom to hold them together. He added spring onions, roasted corn, more onions, chicken, and their cheese sauce. Then, he added cotija cheese, pickled onion, and cilantro!

The chicken nachos were outstanding. I could taste the pickling in the jalapeno, and they were very creamy and crunchy. They’re a meal in and of themselves!

The birra tacos came with a consume, which comes from the oxtail. Dipping them in the oxtail was unreal. The were the best tacos I’ve ever had in Miami! The cheese was amazing.

The other tacos came with a tomatillo sauce and another red sauce. The oxtail taco with the red sauce and the corn tortilla was full of flavor! It’s so hard to find good tacos in Miami, so I was glad to find these!

Next, we got some churros with housemade chocolate sauce. We also got some flan! The churros were crispy and fluffy, like a chocolate glazed donut!

The flan, meanwhile, was smooth and sweet. It’s basically a Latin-American custard and is super sweet and rich!

Our final stop was Mr. Kream in Wynwood to have a colada with egg! They take the egg yolk, add it to the cup with some sugar and mix it up before they add hot coffee on top, which cooks the egg!

I’d never had a colada like this! It was super sweet and almost reminded me of hot chocolate! There was also a nice creaminess and custardy texture from the egg!

What a day! I was stuffed by the end of it!
