To begin, we clarify the butter (optional) using the Mason Pot kit. Start by using the strainer provided in the kit and place it in the pot. This will help us achieve a perfect clarified butter.

Preparing the Herb
Next, let's prepare the herb. We will need about one-two grams of herb for this recipe. You can break it down by hand or use a grinder. The choice is yours. Once the herb is ready, screw the lid of the Mason Pot kit on, making sure to insert the silicone hole.

Decarboxylation

Straining the Butter
Next, strain the infused butter using the strainer provided in the Mason Pot Kit. This step is important to remove any plant material and ensure a smooth and creamy texture. Make sure to strain the butter thoroughly to extract every bit of the infused goodness.

Second Press
