Will this v4 powered Honda Magna VF750 run?

My buddy asked if I could do a maintenance overhaul on this 1994 Honda Magna Vf750..I had no idea it was a v4 or that Honda had made a 4 stroke v4s until I checked it out during pickup.
It has less vibration than a big bore V-twin, more RPM beginning to red line at 9500rpm & sounds pretty wicked. That all being said it's basically a street bike (crotch rocket) engine on a cruiser platform and I kind of love it. If I was to buy a cruiser it'd definitely be this or something like it.
