Ingredients:

water 225ml or grams
egg 1 large
condensed milk 25 grams (3 tbsp)
bread flour 3 cups 2 tbsp (400 grams)
all purpose flour 3/4 cup (100 grams)
sugar 1/2 cup (1/2 cup)
salt 1 tsp (8 grams)
instant yeast 2 tsp (8 grams)
baking powder 4 tsp (12 grams)
bread improver 1 tsp (3 grams)
margarine or butter 3 1/2 tbsp (50 grams)
yellow coloring (optional)

Buko cream Filling:

evaporated milk 1 cup
condensed milk 1/2 cup
buko juice 1 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
shredded young coconut 2 cups (320 grams)
vanilla 1/2 tsp

butter 1 tbsp
cornstarch 3/4 cup (67 grams)
buko juice 1/2 cup

ube flavorade 1 tbsp
cheese optional

Baking time: 18-20 minutes (160°c) until the top of the bread is golden brown.
