Vendor Assessment is mandatory for OEMs (unless exempted under VA Policy) vendor assessment is done by verifying the agency to assess the business entity’s profile concerning the supplying capacity and past performance/experiences etc.

A non-refundable applicable fee shall be paid for Vendor Assessment of OEM (to be paid online to the Vendor Verifying Agency).

Vendor Assessment shall be completed by verifying the agency within 15 days of payment done for the VA. Draft Vendor Assessment Report will be available to the seller before final submission to GeM.

If the Seller has any disagreement, it can be addressed to the verifying agency within 5 days of the report being made available to them
