1 lb 90/10 Ground Beef (you can use chicken or turkey)
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 diced onion
green onions for garnish
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked chile powder
Eggroll Wrappers
1 tsp garlic paste
5-6 strips of bacon (3 for the burger mixture and 2 for garnish)

Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2-3 tbsps ketchup
1-2 tbsps bbq sauce
1-2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of sugar
salt and pepper
