On World Humanitarian Day 2025, we honor aid workers who risk—and often lose—their lives to serve over 300 million people in crisis. Despite clear international laws that protect them, 390 aid workers were killed last year alone, the highest number ever recorded. From Gaza to Sudan to Myanmar, attacks on humanitarians continue with impunity.

This day is a call to action: protect those who protect others, invest in their safety, stop the disinformation that endangers lives, and hold perpetrators accountable. An attack on humanitarians is an attack on humanity. It’s time to #ActForHumanity.
