This is the IQ Inductor EQ by IGS Audio. I'll cover some of the basics, and some audio examples which have been kindly provided by Dead Mans Eyes.

I couldn't find any other sounds examples online with this EQ so I hope this video helps a few people out who might be considering getting one.
