At 17, Allie got her start welding on trucks and knew right away that's what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She even started her own welding company at a young age.

Allie got to learn and figure out new things at Tulsa Welding School. After graduating, she went to a job fair at TWS and got hired for a new job at W International across the country.

Since she started working, Allie has been able to help support her husband, daughter, and two pitbulls. She recommends TWS to anyone who wants to work hard and work with their hands.
