Honda V twin cylinder head removal Ft.Tool Girl Hana

Описание к видео Honda V twin cylinder head removal Ft.Tool Girl Hana

It's been a while since Tool Girl Hana & I diagnosed the fault with this Honda motorcycle engine. It turned out to have low compression on the rear cylinder due to leaking valves.

Initially, as per the customer's request, I was to only lap in the valves on the rear head, given the diagnosis. However, after pondering over the issue for a while I decided to pull both heads & give the cylinders a hone, fitting new piston rings & valve stem oil seals too.....it's not a cheap job but, well if a job's worth doing...

When I removed the rear cylinder head Hana was helping but we didn't get a chance to finish the video, ran out of time unfortunately so the footage never made it to the channel.

So, given I now had the 2nd head to remove I decided to include the footage in this video for all those 'Tool Girl' fans out there - lets face it, it would be such a shame for it to be 'lost'...

So, in this video you'll get to see how to remove the cylinder heads from a Honda Magna 250cc V-Twin motorcycle.
