Hi and welcome to Doora official channel. Today the Village women are cooking Nardon soup. This easy recipe belongs to the Lor tribe of Iran and is very rare among Persian foods and dishes. Its name comes from the combination of pomegranate (Nar/Anar) and seed (Don) in Farsi. so basically it is a pomegranate soup. It can be enjoyed as a mid day meal and with some local bread, you can make Tilit (bread in soup) with it. I recommend you try it as it is such and easy recipe to make.
