Take control of your various rags and towels and be intentional about where they live! In this video I go through the process of building a relatively simple wall mounted cabinet to hold all of my most common shop towels and rags for cleanup. You'd be surprised how nice it is to have these at an arms reach whenever you need them.

The first step is to build the basic frame of the cabinet. I'm using 1/2" plywood that I had laying around the shop. Once the frame is complete, the internal dividers and front were added. I then finished it off by building a glove box mount that will be attached to the side of the cabinet.

Next step was finishing which was done inside my new HomeRight pop-up paint booth. This thing is awesome! I used my airless paint sprayer to do the dirty work and I was done painting in about 6 minutes.

Last step was to add some acrylic to the the "sight glasses", mount my 3D printed shop towel holder, and add the top with a piano hinge.

Once I filled up the various compartments with my most common clean up rags and towels, it was ready to use! No more messy hands trying to open drawers and doors for me.
