Blood group difference can affect a baby's health.

If you have a negative blood group and you're not aware of the potential complications during pregnancy, this video is for you. 👶

If you have any type of negative blood group—such as A-negative, B-negative, O-negative, or AB-negative—and your husband also has a negative blood group, you won't face any issues. ✔️

However, if you are negative and your husband has a positive blood group, your baby might inherit a positive blood group. 👩‍❤️‍👨

This is where the potential complications begin. ⚠️

During your first pregnancy, your body may produce antibodies against the baby's positive blood group, but typically, this doesn't cause any problems. 🤰

However, in a second pregnancy, these antibodies can pose a risk to the baby, leading to a condition called fetal anemia. ❗

This can reduce blood supply to the baby's brain and cause other serious issues. 🧠

To prevent this, it's crucial that you receive an Anti-D injection if your blood group is negative and your baby's blood group is positive. 💉

This injection should be given at around 30 weeks of pregnancy and again after delivery if your baby is confirmed to have a positive blood group. 👶

Remember to remind your doctor about the Anti-D injection during pregnancy and make sure to check the baby's blood group after delivery. 🩺

If the baby is positive, it's essential to get the injection again. 💉
