Bousra Waterfall is located in Pich Chenda District Mondulkiri Province. It is about 43 kilometers from Mondulkiri town which takes about 45 minutes along a paved road. On the way to the waterfall, you can spot many coffee and pepper plantations on each side.

The entrance is required with only 25 cents for local visitors and 2.50 US dollars for foreigners. You can visit the waterfall the whole year round, but coming in the rainy season is the best time.

In its first tier, the waterfall width ranges from about 10 meters in the dry season to 15 meters in the rainy season with a height of 8-12 meters.

The second tier of the waterfall lies 150 meters from the first stage. During the dry season, it has a width of 13 meters and a height of around 18 meters, and during the rainy season the width expands to 20 meters and is around 20 meters high.

At the third tier, the waterfall is more powerful than at the second drop, but it unfortunately cannot be reached on foot due to geographical obstructions.

To get to the waterfall you must walk through the jungle. There are steps going to down to the waterfall, so it is a suitable place to take children and older people. There are small stalls selling a range of souvenirs and local produce. Most of the sellers are the indigenous Punong people, there are over 1000 families living in the 369 hectares of Buosra; most of them are famers.

There has also been an ethnic cultural village built at the top. You can see how difference indigenous groups in the area live. There are many difference styles of home and you can go inside and take a look around.

Right beside the waterfall, there are a lot of bungalows with hammocks that you can rent. Here you can enjoy a picnic you brought with you, or if you are feeling adventurous you can try the local cuisine!
