When West Ham signed Carlos Tevez & Javier Mascherano

Having starred for Argentina at the 2006 World Cup, West Ham pulled off a surprise double transfer as they signed Carlos Tevez & Javier Mascherano from Corinthians. Mascherano would only play a handful of games before moving to Liverpool, whilst Tevez would save the Hammers from relegation before joining Manchester United.
