Flaunt Fitness, LLC, formerly Poise Dance Studio, is Owned by Lauren "Pinki" Schiavo. Lauren began taking pole dance lessons at Poise Dance Studio in August 2005. A year later she became an Instructor and shortly after partnered up with Poise Owner, Jamie Capaldi. Not soon after, Jamie decided it was time to leave the business in Lauren's hands. After 5 years of business "Poise Dance Studio" closed, however, Flaunt Fitness was opened in its place by Lauren.

As the previous Co-Owner of Poise Dance Studio, Lauren opened Flaunt Fitness to offer more classes, workshops and fitness products to women of all ages, shapes and sizes. At Flaunt Fitness, we believe that a healthier you is a happier you. To us, this means being happy and healthy not only on the inside but on the outside as well. Flaunt Fitness is the new and fun way to get fit and stay in shape. It is a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday reality and do something for yourself!
