Creamy Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini with Sauteed Peppers and Onions
Ingredients:

1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1/2 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to medium.
Stir in the heavy cream and shredded provolone cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Return the cooked beef and tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the creamy cheese sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
