Episode 291 of Zoom Phone inside Microsoft Teams. (OK...that might be a slight exaggeration, but hey, there is a LOT to demo on this topic!

Today we will dive into Call Delegation. The ability to make and receive calls on behalf of other users.

Think about executive assistants that make calls for C-levels. They can make outbound calls for their boss. They can receive calls directed at their assigned C-Level. They can check their voice mails, they can even listen in on calls and take notes. There are tons of workflows, this is just one example.

You can fully administer all these functions from a single Zoom Phone admin portal. Then if an enterprise were to use Teams for Chat any call delegate can seamlessly use Zoom Phone directly from their Teams client.
