✅Ingredients:

👉🏻Oil -1 tsp
👉🏻Garlic -5 /6
👉🏻Onion- 1 small
👉🏻Carrots- 1 cup
👉🏻Cabbage - 1 & 1/2 cup
👉🏻Salt
👉🏻Water 3-4 cups
👉🏻Black pepper
👉🏻Red chilli powder

✅Method:
1️⃣Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and saute it.

2️⃣Now add roughly chopped onions, and saute it. Then add carrots, saute it until soft and then add cabbage, again saute it.

3️⃣Now add 1 cup water, cover the vegetables with the lid and let it cook until they become mushy.

4️⃣After this, add the seasonings and give it a good mix.

5️⃣Blend it into a smooth puree. Transfer this into the pan, add water to adjust the consistency and boil the soup.
