During this meditation Dr. Joe will guide you through the upper energy centers of your body to create a magnificent mystical walking experience.

First find a comfortable place to stand, preferably outside, where you can walk in a 20' circle.
You will start each affirmation by standing still with your eyes closed and connecting with your heart. You will then open your eyes and fix your gaze on the limitless horizon as you begin to walk.

Resonating and radiating each step as the greatest ideal and expression of yourself, you will walk as if you have mastered your life, have everything you have ever wanted, and know that power of the universe exists within you and is radiating through you.

This powerful walking meditation is to train the mind to stay present while the body is in motion. Each step taken is in freedom, peace, health, joy, and self love.

If we can begin to begin to take this energy with us during our daily lives we are activating the same neurological networks and producing the same level of mind as when we meditate with our eyes closed.

Now we are firing and wiring new circuits while connected to our eternal environment and our right hemisphere is syncing with the left hemisphere that are creating alignment between our inner world and outer world.
