Dream City Film Club. The reunion we all wanted to see. This is highlights of their first show in about 25 years. One of the most underrated bands of the 1990s. The band featured on the front cover of the last edition of my ‘zine Planet of Sound, after interviewing them at the Water Rats, in an edition that also featured The Cure and Pixies. Signed by Beggars Banquet, as a point of entry check out their self titled debut album. One full rehearsal then this one show last night. Bassist Andrew Park had travelled from New Zealand. The evening also featured frontman Michael’s new band Miraculous Mule.
