1000 Year Old Cooking Method! Maori Hangi: The Cuzzy's Cafe, Brisbane

Since the first Maori's settled in New Zealand, the Hangi has been used to cook for large groups and gatherings. In Brisbane, The Cuzzy's Cafe in Zillmere is serving up Hangi every day with all of the other island goodies you can think of!

I set out to experience a Hangi, try out all of the food I could fit in my belly and find out what makes The Cuzzy's Cafe so special.
