TLDW: I got lucky.

Darius matchup, start DBlade Boneplating and Q. You must play for 1st wave prio into cheater recall. If not then he takes advantage of the rest of the early laning phase being able to zone you off the creeps and never having any opportunity to play aggro unless you get ganks from your jungler. There is the case where when the wave starts to bounce at the 4th wave as he crashes into your tower it will eventually get frozen in front of his tower on the 5/6th wave which now you are doomed to be open to getting ganked or if you walk too far up to try and crash the wave, he pops ghost and runs you down. By this time you may already be low on hp or mana since you havn't recalled yet either.
This game I got lucky in that we had an early jg fight to fix the wave management. If possible do not leash for your jungler to secure the 1st wave prio.
Also be super aware of not face checking the bushes. Many Darius' will sit in the lane bush, river bush, or tribush lvl1 and all-in you which is why you see me pivot my movement when passing the tribush before I got to lane and when I was going into my own jungle.
