electric eel wheel nano a beginner's spinning guide, hints and tips

I learned to spin on the EEWN and I love it. I've have a a few people comment on my podcast saying they struggle to get on with theirs. I've film a little quick video of how I set up to spin and some hints and tips.
I also wanted to give filming, editing and uploading completely on my phone a try so I thought this would be a good quick video to do.
