SteelSeries Nova 3 Review - Top Budget Choice?

The SteelSeries Nova 3 is basically a Nova 1 but with a USB DAC (which can also save an EQ preset), and RGB lighting. That may not sound like much, but the USB connection opens up the door for some worthwhile improvements.
