Employee Goals and OKRs - SageHR

Clear goals help to keep the direction of the business on track, teams integrated and individuals motivated. Goals/OKRs are about achieving performance targets, and development goals are for improving skills. With Sage HR goals are fully customisable and support Objective and Key Result (OKR) frameworks.

The flexibility of the Goals function allows you to add different types of goal:

Employee Goals, Team Goals and Company Goals. Employees are free to add their own goals.

All goals can be interlinked and each one reveals an achievement level, visible in the goals chart.

So a company goal can be linked to a team goal to a product development goal and to a personal goal.

Then you can bring up key results for the chosen goal…

add, edit, change specifications, add attachments or comments to any goal, and duplicate important goals, useful for recurring goals with similar key results.
