Aloo Methi Recipe by Mrunalinee | Alu Methi Saga Recipe in Odia : Aloo Methi or Alu Methi Saga is a a quick , simple yet super delicious healthy Indian Cousine . Methi or Fenugreek leaves contains lots of health benefits such as rich in proteins, reduces Cholestrol, good for hair, kidney, heart etc.
This delicious aloo methi goes great especially with Paratha or it can also be served with steamed Rice.

Ingredients :
1. Fresh Fenugreek leaves ( Methi Saga / Methi ) - 3 bunch
2. Raw Potato ( Aloo / Alu ) - 5 -6 pcs ( medium )
3. Tomato - 2 medium
4. Onion ( Piaja ) - 1 medium
5. Garlic cloves ( Rasuna )
6. Green Chilli ( Kancha lanka ) - 2 pcs
7. Cumin seeds ( jeera ) - 1/2 tbsp
8. Dry Red Chilli ( Sukha Lanka ) - 2
9. Turmeric powder ( Haladi gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
10. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
12. Clarified Butter ( Ghee / Ghia ) - 1 tbsp
13. Salt to taste
14. Mustard Oil 2 - 3 tbsp
