Описание к видео What Is Orlistat? How It Helps You Lose Weight And How To Take It - With Dr Daniel Atkinson

Orlistat is a generic weight loss pill that can reduce fat intake by up to 33%. Here Dr Daniel Atkinson, Clinical Lead at Treated, talks about how the treatment works and how to take it.

Orlistat is a prescription medication that you take three times a day with each of your main meals. It works by binding to the fat you eat so that less of it is absorbed by your body, and it comes in just one dose: 120mg. If you want a lower dose of Orlistat you’ll need to take a different treatment called Alli.

It’ll work best alongside a healthy diet and exercise regime, and it’s only suitable for people who have a BMI of 30 or above, or 28 and above if they also have metabolic risk factors like high blood pressure or diabetes.

The Treated team can help you get the weight loss treatment that’s best for your life. Subscribe, pause or stop whenever it suits you. Choose better.
