The Metropolitan police department of the District of Columbia is being accused of "systemic psychological abuse."

Ten current and former black women officers filed a lawsuit claims they were subjected to a "male-dominated culture of race and sex discrimination" and faced retaliation when they raised concerns about the treatment.

Attorney Pamela Keith and Chanel Dickerson, Assistant Chief at the Metropolitan Police Department spoke with Roland Martin during Wednesday's edition #RMU about the the class action suit and the abuse Black woman have experienced while working with the DC police department.
