In Rajasthan’s Jaipur, a person found it difficult to keep an iPhone. His maintenance case was going on in the court with his wife. In this, the husband had told the court that his financial condition was not good. Because of this, he cannot give money to his wife for maintenance. But, meanwhile, such a thing came to the fore, that the court ordered to pay 22 thousand 500 rupees to the wife every month.

Actually, the matter is of Jaipur. Here a woman was married to a youth from Delhi in 2020. However, there was a dispute between the two regarding something. Because of this, the wife started living separately from the husband from 2021. After this, he filed a petition for maintenance in the Family Court. While hearing on this, the Jaipur Family Court-4 had asked the husband to give money for the maintenance of his wife.

‘Nursing officer husband’s salary is 89 thousand rupees’

The young man told the court that his financial condition is not good. He has taken iPhone and Rs 15 lakh on loan. After this, the court asked for the details of his bank accounts. However, he did not give any details of bank accounts in the court and also gave less income. While the youth is on the post of Nursing Officer in Delhi. His monthly salary is around 89 thousand rupees. Despite this, he was hesitating to give the amount of maintenance to his wife.
