Miyeokguk: Seaweed Soup with Beef Recipe (미역국 만들기, わかめスープ レシピ)

Today on Kwon’s Corner I made Korean birthday soup for my girlfriend. Koreans eat miyeokguk every year on their birthday, because it’s the soup that new mothers eat after giving birth. Miyeokguk is a seaweed soup that can have beef, fish, or clams. Since I love meat, I made a beefy seaweed soup that turned out great. It’s a fast and simple Korean recipe, so you can easily use it for meal prep, and have healthy soup all week. Let’s get started!
