Maryam Ikram visited a 100 years old restaurant named Malik Hotel at Chauburgi Chowk. It is a very famous old eatery that sells Pakistani food. Malik Restaurant has a lot of variety in their menu; they serve chicken korma, mutton korma, palak gosht, biryani, mutton pulao, aalu keema, kari, zarda and so on. The restaurant is run by 8 brothers who learned to cook food from their father. Their father started this restaurant in the 1920s.
