Flow Like Water a Dance Inspired Yoga Practice

Welcome to flow like water a dance inspired yoga practice. This 35 minute yoga practice is designed to feel like one continuous flow of breath and movement. The aim of this class is to get lost in the flow of movement, for time to stand still, your mind to quiet and you to find that sense of being completely immersed in what you are doing.

This class takes inspiration from different movement modalities and is definitely not your traditional yoga class. With rhythmic, dance-like movements and fluid sequences from pose to pose, this class will help you channel your inner dancer.
