South London Confidential - Rotherhithe to Peckham with Iain Sinclair and Andrew Kötting

South London walk from Rotherhithe to Queens Road Peckham with Iain Sinclair and Andrew Kötting. This was the first walk for the London Overground film based on the book by Iain Sinclair. In the book Iain walked the Overground circuit in a single day with film-maker Andrew Kötting. This walk starts on the Thames foreshore at Rotherhithe and passes through King George's Field along Surrey Quays Road to Canada Water. From here we visited the Cafe Gallery in Southwark Park and then walked along Lower Road to La Cigale Cafe, a favourite haunt of Andrew Kötting. The walk takes us past New Den, home of Millwall F.C to Bridgehouse Meadows with magnificent views back across the city. We end at Queens Road Peckham Station.
