The Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, Twilight, these are just some of the many, many book series that started as one length and years later, kept going.

From stand-alones to duologies, duologies to trilogies, and long series with added prequels, perspectives, or spin-offs. These book series seemingly never end.

So my question to you is, is this a good thing or a bad thing?
