Management Trainee Officer (MTO) is an entry level position in banking sector offer for the fresh graduates. MTO position offers a great career path as compare to other positions in the entry level in banking system.

The Eligibility criteria may include CGPA, type of specialization, age criteria etc.
After passing through this step, you will be selected for the test. After passing the written test, you will be invited for interview.
If you successfully pass the interview then you will be given an offer letter. This include what bank expect from you and what you can expect from the bank. You find salary details and other benefits like medical allowances etc in offer letter. If you accept the offer letter then you will be asked to join extensive training program. This include both academic training and on job training.
After completion of training for 4 to 6 months you will be inducted in certain department. The city and the choice of the department is asked from you as well.
You have a great career path as an MTO. You get an increment after every six month. After three years you will automatically be prompted to next grade.
You will be regular employee of the bank after three years. You will receive bonuses, salary rise as per your appraisal from your boss.
