Lots of my patients do Pilates, and they are keen to return to it after they've had a hip replacement. Is it safe to do all of the exercises? I didn't know much about the Pilates Method, so I went to meet Gemma Pearson at Winchester Pilates. She told me about her approach to people with hip problems and demonstrated some of the exercises that she uses. I found it really helpful, and I hope that you do as well.
