Using these two pedals together... gorgeous. I'm using them to build an otherworldly orchestral reverb/pad layer that can accompany anything you put into it or be played as its own instrument.

wurlitzer into pitchfork into superego (with mel9 in ego's fx loop) into caverns.

ego freezes moments of sound and gradually glides between them.

mel9 takes ego's sound clouds and recreates them in the voice of a mellotron, the 1960s keyboard-controlled chromatic tape loop sampler — made famous by the beatles and also used extensively by genesis and radiohead among others — that could play back the sounds (via tape) of real flutes, cellos, choirs, and other instruments.

caverns adds shimmer and pitchfork adds an additional layer, an octave up
