2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer P0449 Diagnostic and repair

Let us check out the issue on this new to me 2008 Chevrolet trailblazer. I bought it from a customer who had just purchased it but decided not to go further on diagnostics and repair. Could this be just a bunch of small, easy to fix issues or will I regret buying this vehicle.
